Mark is in-network with Blue Cross and Anthem health insurances. Many health insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, and Mark can issue a "super receipt" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to see if they offer out-of-network benefits before making an appointment. Payment is due at each ​appointment.
Mark accepts Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eCheck.
